The conventional TI blue staining kit is 200 μl 5 sets after dilution assuming that biological samples such as tissue pieces are immersed and stained, but it is about 50 μl to stain tissue paraffin sections such as renal biopsy. Staining solution was sometimes left over because it was enough.
Therefore, we have newly prepared a small kit as a stain solution for tissue paraffin sections so that it can be used up for each sample.
