Technobit 2200 Series
The Technovit 2200 series is a revolutionary photocurable resin for surface replication. Curing is completed in approximately 20-60 seconds and is largely unaffected by temperature. The Technovit 2200 series allows for easy acquisition of fine-structure replicas from the object, which can then be processed in the laboratory and evaluated using optical or electron microscopy. Three types are available (2200, 2210, and 2220) to suit specific applications.
* Characteristics
The Tevhnovit 2200 series can all be cured with the dedicated light Pekalux POWER LED. For curing thicknesses of 4mm or more, we recommend applying and curing the resin in multiple layers. In this case, a slightly softer layer will remain on the surface after curing, but this functions as an adhesive layer for the next coat, so we recommend leaving it as is.
All products in the Technovit 2200 series are compatible and can be used in combination. After curing, all exhibit excellent hardness and are well-suited for processing such as polishing and grinding.
No. 32200 Technovit 2200 (bottled)
It is suitable for protecting delicate samples during handling. Before curing, it is transparent and has low viscosity, allowing it to quickly penetrate micropores and gaps.
No. 32210 Technovit 2210 (in syringe)
This is a cream-colored, medium-viscosity resin that can be used as an aid for embedding samples. It can be used to properly protect delicate areas such as the edges of samples, and it can also be used in conjunction with thermosetting resin for embedding.

No. 32220 Technovit 2220 (with dedicated jar)
This is a resin with a slightly higher viscosity, available in transparent or blue. After curing, it will not bend or wrinkle. Furthermore, it offers excellent transfer accuracy, allowing for precise observation even at 1000x magnification. The curing time and transfer accuracy are also largely unaffected by temperature (0-50℃).
