This holder is for observing pin-type sample holders (pin φ3.2mm) as cylindrical sample holders in SEMs manufactured by JEOL and Hitachi High-Tech.
Holder size: φ15mm x 10mm (height)
Made of aluminum (with stainless steel screws), includes a hex wrench.
*For Hitachi High-Tech models, there are M4 threads at the bottom, so if the pin length is 6mm or more, it may stick out of the holder.
*Sample holder is not included with the product.
