PELCO® Silicon Nitride Support Film
・A support membrane developed for nanotechnology molecular biology research using the latest semiconductor and MEMS technologies.
・It is very high quality because it is manufactured in a clean room with good materials and reliable technology.
・A film with a thickness of 8,15,35,50,200 nm is attached to the holes made in the 3 mm diameter silicon frame (4 types of hole windows).
・The round frame makes it easy to hold and does not damage the TEM holder.
・It is chemically and mechanically superior and can withstand temperatures up to 1000.
・It enables in-situ observation of dynamic reactions over a wide range of temperatures, making it suitable for nanotech experiments on fine particles and cells.
