TEM sample: Mixture of 3 types of polystyrene latex spheres
* Sample shape: Polystyrene latex particles with diameters of 0.2 (left photo), 0.5 (center photo), and 1.1 μm (right photo) were mixed and dispersed on a collodion support film.
- Grid material: Cu100P
* Effective usable area guaranteed: 1.0mm square or larger
- This is suitable for applications aimed at measuring the absolute value of the magnification of a transmission electron microscope, or checking changes in magnification over time.
Caution
1. The polystyrene latex particle size is based on the manufacturer's values. While we avoid processing that could alter the particle size during sample preparation, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the particle size. Furthermore, the particle size may vary depending on the time of purchase from the manufacturer.
2. This sample is susceptible to electron beam irradiation damage, so please be careful to keep the electron dose as low as possible when performing TEM observation.
