- Depending on the film thickness, there are three series: G05 (approximately 5nm), G10 (approximately 10nm), and G20 (approximately 20nm).
- The G05 series supports a Ge film on a microgrid that is attached to a metal grid as an intermediate support.
- G05 Series: This is a high-resolution observation support film suitable for nanoparticles of 5nm or larger.
- G10 Series: This is a high-resolution observation support film suitable for nanoparticles of 10nm or larger.
- G20 Series: This is a high-resolution observation support film suitable for nanoparticles of 20nm or larger.
