Technobit 2000LC
Technobit 2000LC is a transparent resin that can be cured at low temperatures simply by irradiating it with blue light. It is filled into a PE mold and cured in a dedicated Technotray light irradiation device.
(Curing time: 20 minutes, Curing temperature: 90°C or less)
By curing in thin layers in several steps, the reaction temperature can be kept below 50°C. After curing, the resin temperature will drop to around room temperature, at which point it will have the appropriate hardness for polishing.
Color: Transparent
● Technobit 2000LC Inside Cure (Dedicated curing accelerator)
This is a curing accelerator used to promote the curing of areas that are shaded and not exposed to light when embedding samples of complex shapes in Technovit 2000LC.
● Technobit 2000LC Cover Varnish
Adding this to Technobit 2000LC during curing suppresses the formation of dispersion layers and increases the transparency and hardness of the cured resin.
● Technobit 2000LC Fixing Paste
This is a special paste for fixing samples that are unstable in balance, such as thin slices. It can be hardened and polished by light irradiation, just like Techno-bit 2000LC.
