■ EM-Tec AG44 Conductive Silver Paste

EM-Tec AG44 is a conductive silver paste based on thin silver flakes (1-10μm size) and a low VOC (volatile organic compound) acrylic binder.
It has excellent adhesive properties for a wide range of materials, including plastics, ceramics, glass, metals, wood, rubber, epoxy, and textiles.
The strong and durable, low-VOC acrylic binder offers excellent conductivity thanks to the silver flakes it contains, and also reduces material loss.
It is used when high conductivity is required.
It is suitable for the process of conducting and bonding SEM samples to a sample stub.
The sample can be easily removed.
EM-Tec AG44 has the viscosity of a thin paste.
Depending on the thickness, it dries relatively quickly, and the drying time can be shortened with moderate heat up to 65°C.
It can be used for a wide range of samples.
The solvent for EM-Tec AG44 is acetone, and it contains 61% silver and an acrylic binder.
EM-Tec AG44 has excellent electrical conductivity.
15g is contained in a 15cc glass bottle with a brush.
In addition, we also offer a 25g quantity in a 30cc glass bottle for users who process large quantities.

■ EM-Tec AG46 Water-Based Conductive Silver Paste

EM-Tec AG46 is a conductive silver paste containing fine silver flakes (1-10μm size) with a water-based urethane binder.
This is a non-flammable paint that does not contain VOCs (volatile organic compounds) or solvents.
It has excellent bonding properties for a wide range of materials, including plastics, ceramics, glass, metals, wood, paper, and paints.
It can be used safely even on the most delicate plastic samples.
The water-based urethane binder has excellent conductivity due to the silver flakes it contains, and reduces material loss.
It is ideal for processing SEM samples to be conductive and adhered to the sample stub.
The sample can be easily removed.
EM-Tec AG46 has the viscosity of a thin paste.
Depending on the thickness of the paint, it dries relatively quickly, and the drying time can be shortened with moderate heat up to 65°C.
The solvent for EM-Tec AG46 is water, and it contains 60% silver and a urethane-based binder.
EM-TecAG46 has excellent conductivity.
We will deliver 15g in a 15cc glass bottle with a brush.
