EM-Tec SEM stub tweezers are specially designed for securely gripping and mounting SEM sample stubs. They allow manipulation of SEM sample stubs without direct hand contact during mounting. This clean handling is ideal for avoiding sample contamination. The SEM stub tweezers are made entirely of anti-magnetic stainless steel and are suitable for use in cleanrooms.
The EM-Tec SEM stub tweezers for cylinder stubs are designed to grip the SEM sample stage from above. The angle between the tip and the handle is 30°.
The tip of the EM-Tec SEM grooved stub tweezers fits directly into the groove of the pin-type sample holder. The angle between the tip and the handle is 45°.
SEM stub tweezers can also be used to pick up various other types of samples that have the same diameter as SEM sample holders.
