SEM Grating Replica
* This product is not for measuring the absolute value of the magnification of a scanning electron microscope, but for checking changes in SEM magnification over time and adjusting the SEM equipment (such as correcting astigmatism).
* It has been treated with Au-Pd shadowing, so it can be observed as a high-contrast image.
* We offer two types, differing in the spacing of the grid.
■ Grating Replica (S22)
Grating shape: The grating is in the shape of a diffraction grating with 2000 lines/mm (line spacing: 0.5 μm) arranged in a cross pattern, both vertically and horizontally.
■ Grating Replica (S12)
Grating pattern: The grating is formed by a cross pattern of diffraction gratings with 2000 lines/mm (line spacing: 0.5μm) and 1000 lines/mm (line spacing: 1μm) arranged vertically and horizontally.
*Sample Shape: This is a replica membrane for SEM observation, pre-shadowed with Au-Pd.
*Substrate used: Fixed to an aluminum plate with a diameter of 4.5 mm using graphite paste.
*Effective usable area guaranteed: 1.0mm square or larger.
* Grid spacing accuracy: Due to the nature of the product, we cannot guarantee the absolute dimensions or accuracy of the grid spacing.
